Bind your own proposal Word file, proposal PowerPoint, and statement-of-work Word file. Each file needs {{snake_name}} tokens. A file with no tokens is refused. Write one purpose sentence for each token. The model fills those slots and does not redesign the deck. No file yet? Use a starter template from Templates; it does not count against the template cap.

Archive frees a cap and keeps the history. An upgrade raises the cap and the allowance now and does not reset units already spent. A downgrade starts at the end of the paid period. Items over the lower cap stay downloadable and become read-only until enough are archived.
Before you export
A document lists the slots that are empty, cut to the limit, or never filled. A slot that was never filled exports as its {{token}}. A record term that is not filled, such as a fee or a date, is written as << TBD - token >>. Export still works. Compare renditions shows what changed between two passes, slot by slot, and lets you choose either one.
Your book
Account, Download my book packs every record as JSON and CSV, your templates, your sources, and the current rendition of each document into one zip. It spends nothing and is deleted 24 hours after it was made. Delete my account removes the book and your sign-in at once. A paid subscription is canceled at once, and the current month is not refunded.
Cancel keeps download open for 30 days after the paid period ends. The book is deleted after that. The owner grant is not for sale. Customer content is not used for training.
